This year we welcome back to the Macrossan & Amiet team, Kendell Bocos and Charlotte Paterson.
Kendell Bocos
Kendell originally commenced employment with the firm as a trainee solicitor following completion of his Bachelor of Laws degree at JCU in 2014 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland the following year. Kendell remained with the firm until 2018 when he moved to Townsville.
Kendell is experienced in a variety of matters involving personal injury, insurance claims, commercial disputes, building and construction contractual and defect matters, and planning and environment development advice and objections.
In his spare time, Kendell enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Charlotte Paterson
Charlotte was born in Mackay and grew up here.
She studied Law and Journalism at QUT in Brisbane. Charlotte has practiced almost exclusively in family law since her admission as a solicitor in 2011. She has experience in all aspects of family law. She has worked in both private practice and the community legal sector in the regions and Brisbane city so has an appreciation of the challenges facing different clients. Charlotte enjoys problem solving for clients and giving them practical advice so they can move forward with their lives. She is a diligent worker who strives to achieve the best outcome possible for her clients.
Charlotte is happy to be back practicing in her hometown and looks forward to involving herself in the community.
