The Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year.
The Foundation held its annual meeting of Trustees on Friday, 21 August 2020. The Trustees allocated $71,699.40 in distributions to 12 registered charitable organisations throughout Mackay and the Whitsundays.

In addition to the above distributions, the Trustees confirmed their continuing support to providing bursaries totalling $4,000.00 to local year 11 high school students.
Since its establishment in 1995, the Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation has distributed a total of $783,699.00 to local charities in the Mackay, Whitsunday, and Isaac Regions. Over the last 25 years, the Foundation has provided significant financial support to local charities whose goals are to assist the disadvantaged in our community. The Foundation has also provided support to local service clubs, surf lifesaving clubs, kindergartens, and many other not-for-profit organisations within the community.
The Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation operates as a public ancillary fund. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductable. All funds donated to the Foundation are applied for charitable purposes with administration costs related to the administration of the fund being met by Macrossan & Amiet Solicitors.
