Caitlin Roberts Admitted as a Solicitor

Caitlin Roberts of our Mackay office was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in Rockhampton on 14 July 2014.
Caitlin studied at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane and graduated in July 2013 with a dual degree in Laws and Business (Accounting), receiving honours in law.

Caitlin commenced with Macrossan & Amiet on 21 October 2013 and worked as a trainee solicitor while completing her Practical Legal Training through
QUT.

Rockhampton Barrister Steven Deaves moved Caitlin’s admission which was before Justice McMeekin at the Supreme Court in Rockhampton. Justice McMeekin made comments regarding his long association with the firm, the high regard that Macrossan & Amiet holds within the legal profession and with the community, and the advantages of completing training under the direction of the partners of the firm. Also attending Caitlin’s admission and providing her with support was partner of the firm Stuart Naylor and her family.
