The Macrossan & Amiet Directors and staff would like to congratulate Brigid on her promotion to Associate.

Brigid was admitted to the legal profession as a Lawyer in 2015 and worked as the associate to his Honour Judge Baulch SC in Townsville.

Brigid subsequently worked at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in Brisbane before returning to Mackay to obtain legal training from her father, Gene Paterson who is listed as a Leading Lawyer in the 2021 Doyles Guide for personal injuries matters.

Brigid practices primarily in crime, personal injuries matters and wills and estates.

Stuart is the firm’s managing director. He has experience in a wide range of litigation including damages claims for negligence and breach of contract, property disputes, building and construction disputes, professional negligence claims and insolvency matters. Stuart works primarily in litigation, workplace issues and handles business sales and purchases. Stuart is also an approved Costs Assessor. He is available by appointment in Proserpine or Cannonvale.
