Lynda Hughes Admitted as a Solicitor

The directors and staff at Macrossan and Amiet congratulate Lynda Hughes of our Cannonvale office on her admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.  Her admission took place before Justice North in Townsville on 7 May 2021.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no legal professional was able to be present in the court room to move the admission.

Lynda grew up on a farm 20 minutes south of Proserpine and completed her schooling at Proserpine State High School in 2016.  She moved to the Gold Coast in 2017 to start her studies at Griffith University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

After three and a half years living on the Gold Coast, in July 2020 Lynda moved to Mackay where she joined the Macrossan and Amiet team as a Trainee Solicitor.  After a few months of working at both our Mackay and Cannonvale offices, in December 2020 she moved closer to home and transferred to working full time at our Cannonvale office.

In her downtime Lynda loves being outdoors where you will often find her camping and fishing with her family.
