On Thursday 24th September 2015 presentations were held for the Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation in both Mackay and Cannonvale. Distributions totalling $56,704.15 were made to 18 different charitable organisations within the Mackay and Whitsunday regions. Included in the 2015 distributions are provision for bursaries totalling $5,000.00 to be granted to year 11 high school students in the region. The successful recipients of the bursaries will be determined by the school’s principal based on merit.
The Trustees of the Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation take great pride and pleasure in announcing this year’s distributions and confirm that the recipients have now all been presented with the respective payments.
