It is very pleasing to advise that the Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation has now passed more than One Million Dollars in funds. With the capital always protected this amount can never diminish, only ever increase.
What started out as a fund with just $100,000.00 from Macrossan & Amiet in 1995 has grown to more than a Million Dollars. This is simply outstanding and something we thank our generous donors for achieving.
Importantly, this means that more than $70,000.00 was available for distribution to Mackay and Whitsunday District Charities in 2012 alone.
The Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation is clearly the oldest and largest Charitable Foundation in Mackay. It can keep growing with your support.
