Paul Formosa, an employed solicitor at our firm, has recently returned from Brisbane where he undertook intensive and specialised migration law training with Hunt Migration. Paul is a registered Migration Agent (Migration Agents Registration Number: 1683312) and is able to assist clients in relation to a wide variety of migration law enquiries.
We are now able to offer our clients assistance with a broad range of migration law enquiries including Business Visas, Family Visas, Skilled Visas and Employer Sponsored Visas. Our association with Hunt Migration means our clients will have the full support of one of Australia’s largest and most experienced migration specialist firms.

Stuart Naylor commenced working at Macrossan & Amiet in 1996 after having completed Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws Degrees. Stuart became a partner in the firm on 1 August 2004. Stuart has experience in a wide range of litigation including damages claims for negligence and breach of contract, property disputes, building and construction disputes, professional negligence claims, and employment matters.
Stuart lives in Mackay with his wife, Debbie and three daughters, Brooke, Reese and Kaitlin. Outside of work Stuart is a director of the Whitsunday Anglican School and the Secretary of Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation.
