Promotion Announcement – Jessica Alexander & Nelson Turner

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Jessica Alexander and Nelson Turner to the role of Associate, from 1 July 2025.

Jessica & Nelson joined the firm in 2020 as a Trainee Solicitors and were admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in June and November of that year, respectively.

Jessica discovered her passion for family law during her volunteer work at a Community Legal Centre and a Legal Aid provider while completing her degree.  She is committed to guiding clients through the complexities of family law with empathy and professionalism, focusing on areas such as property settlements, children’s issues, de facto property matters, financial agreements, spousal maintenance, divorce, and child support.Nelson has since developed a strong interest in Commercial and Property Law, specialising in rural, residential, and commercial conveyancing, as well as leasing, share sale transactions, and shareholders agreements.  Nelson’s practical approach and attention to detail have made him a well-regarded member of the team across a range of property and commercial matters.
