Macrossan & Amiet are pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Hayles to Associate Director on 1 July 2021.
Steven has been employed with Macrossan & Amiet for over 15 years and is our senior criminal lawyer.
Steven also practises in employment and estate matters.
Steven is a long term Mackay local and together with his wife, Emily, have 3 children.
Long term Macrossan & Amiet directors, Gene Paterson and Pat Carroll move to new roles as Consultants on 1 July 2021.
Although a step towards retirement, both Gene and Pat continue to work full-time as lawyers and remain available to assist their clients. Gene and Pat had been partners in Macrossan & Amiet’s business for 42 years, both having become partners on 1 July 1979.
