I was reading the Law Society’s monthly magazine the other day and they had an interesting story on young lawyers.

The article suggested that approximately two thirds of the legal profession consists of young lawyers (23-35 years of age).

Consequently, there has been a change in trend towards a lot of law firms’ approaches in dealing with their clients.

The trend is now that law firms are focusing more on generation Y-style areas of law, such as the ever changing area of employment law, technology law and in particular, law firms are now focusing on how to deliver services using the technology now readily available.

This is one of the primary reasons why Macrossan & Amiet have decided to take a fresh approach with their clients. Not only are our lawyers younger, but our clients are too.
