In March this year, the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Minister John McVeigh announced that the Queensland Government would undertake a comprehensive review of fisheries management in our state. This announcement follows on from the East Coast Commercial Net Fishing Licence Buy Back which commenced last year and is ongoing.
