Changes to the operation of Queensland’s Magistrates Court
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Queensland’s Magistrates Courts have implemented changes to court operations.

Tracking Devices
Queensland Magistrates were granted power to Order the wearing of tracking devices as a condition of being released on bail as of 31 March 2018. Since the changes came into effect the local Magistrates Court has made at least one of these Orders.
