From 1 August 2018 employees may now be entitled to take unpaid leave to deal with family and domestic violence following a decision by the Fair Work Commission.
Tracking Devices
Queensland Magistrates were granted power to Order the wearing of tracking devices as a condition of being released on bail as of 31 March 2018. Since the changes came into effect the local Magistrates Court has made at least one of these Orders.
